- Customers can cancel their orders before the order is shipped.
- Customers can track the status of their orders online.
Return & Refund Policy
SK RETAIL VENTURES is committed to procure, store and sell the best quality products to its customers. For same, we have partnered with “…….”- the leading logistics company of India, to ensure products are delivered to customers in the best condition.
However, in rare case of events, if you received a product which is slightly damaged (functionally, cosmetic or damaged incurred during transit) or if the product has manufacturing defect, SK RETAIL VENTURES and/or it’s Logistics Partner will consider/resolve the matter on case to case basis.
In case of any such unprecedented circumstances, please contact our Customer Care team at EMAIL ID, before using the product. The mail should be sent within 48 hrs of receiving the product. Our customer care team will guide regarding the process on call. You may need to visit the nearest PLUTON STORE to get such cases addressed
We will not accept returns for any other reasons apart from the scenarios mentioned above. The return process can be restricted considering the nature and category of the product. Following conditions are applicable on returns:
- We receive notification/receipt of the damaged/defective product within 48 hrs of delivery.
- Products are returned with the original packing, invoice, price tags and labels.
Refunds (Applicable only on orders placed via TraknPay Payment Gateway)
- Returns are applicable only in the following cases:
- Cancellation of an Order before being shipped
- Cases where:
- The delivery address was wrong/unreachable
- Customer refused to collect the delivery
- Customer’s unavailability during the various delivery attempts by our logistics partner.
For case 2, we will process the refund after receipt of the product by PLUTON STORE. The refunds will be processed on the payment mode used by the customers while placing the order.
- Orders placed via credit/debit card will be refunded back to the credit/debit card within 7 working days. Refunds will be reflected in the next bank statement.
- Orders placed via net banking accounts, will be credit back to bank account.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
SK RETAIL VENTURES has partnered with XYZ Logistics- India’s leading Logistic chain, to ensure all the products are delivered in best condition without any damages. We ensure the products are shipped in best packaging material from reliable vendors and also conduct testing of package-worthiness before using them for packaging and delivery of our products.
In rare cases, if you are not satisfied with the quality of product delivered, kindly drop an email to EMAIL ID or visit us at the nearest store. We will look into the issue and address it on case to case basis
SK RETAIL VENTURES does not hold any liability for any delay by the logistics partner. We only guarantee to hand over the consignment to the Logistics company within 2 working days from placing the order and receipt of payment. Delivery of all the online orders will be done to the Shipping Address as provided by the customer and will be delivered in maximum 7-10 business days.
- SK RETAIL VENTURES doesn’t charge any extra shipping cost in addition to the prices displayed on website while placing the order.
- We are not responsible for any damage to the order during transit.
- In the case of multiple items in one single order, we may strive to ship all items together, however it may not be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
- As per Indian tax regulations, all the items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning price and tax.
